Description:

The V represents the antlers of the chiefs and the white background represents that the chiefs must always have a peaceful mind when making their decisions and deliberations (Jacobs, 2012). Six Nation's Belt. Exchanged from NMAI 17/9673 (Rautenstrauch-Joes Museum 1969, purchased from Walter C. Wyman 1931. Repatriated to the Haudenosaunee Council 1997.
